Cancellation Policy

BOOKING:To secure your appointment at The Art of Beauty, we require a credit card to be placed on file and a deposit that is non-refundable. If you do not have a credit card to place on the file, please contact us. This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no-hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your deposit is non transferable and your card on file will be charged any remaining amount equal to 75% of the scheduled service fee. LATE ARRIVALS: We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service price. CANCELLATION POLICY: The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request 48 hours notice. Cancellations and/or changes in services with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 75% of the scheduled service(s).
